SESSIONS: Six (6) Hours Total Ice Time @ 1.5 Hours Per Session.

CLINIC TO BE RUN AS AN NHL / PROFESSIONAL PRACTICE
Items to be covered will consist of.
Pre-game Instructional “Chalk Talk” & Prep Meeting.
Breakout Scenarios and proper positioning.
Fore-checking systems with proper positioning.
Fore-check off a lost face-off in the offensive zone and neutral zone lost face-off.
Systematic pressuring of the puck all over the ice with focus, purpose and execution.
Penalty kill and power play - Penalty kill – 5 on 4 vs. 5 on 3.
Power-play, break-out, offensive zone cycling and critical personal skills.
