The scalding Stars clip the Wings in this entertaining contest.  Steve Bittner, Eddie Sudzina, “Jumping” Jim Leonardi and sub Danny Caton do the honors for the Stars.  Scott Bozyk and John McNeilly tally for the Wings.  Jimmy Brown and Pierre Dugas exchange slashes and four letter words as they hit the box in tandem.

3-3 entering the final stanza, then the Hawks score three more times for the W.  Captain John “Shifty” Shelton with the deuce.  Singles for Marty Papesh, JP, Amber Alert child Nate McCaughtry and sub Big Mike Folster.  Bruins – Deuces wild for Donnie Rivera and Todd Brown.  Rex Baker with the hat trick assist.

STARS   4    LEAFS   2

The Stars sweep by identical scores today, as the Leafs lose by identical scores today!  Stars sub Danny Caton with a two goal game.  Singles for Danny Rea and sub Terry Boyette.  Jeff Ivory and “Angry” Joey Ventimiglio dent the twin for the men in blue in this penalty free game.

HAWKS   8   WINGS   4

Well!  It is very obvious the Hawks are a completely different team with first round draft pick Dr. Nate McCaughtry!  The Doc – with a huge 5 goal game!  Singles for Al Pyc and subs Mike Folster and Chris Isola.  John Shelton with three helpers.  Also – it is very obvious the Wings are a completely different team, minus Captain Brendan Brosnan, as they drop their second consecutive doubleheader without their Captain.  John McNeilly, Scott Bozyk and subs Chodun and young Rea tally for the Wings.

HABS   4   BRUINS   3

A well played tight checking game, as both puck stoppers – Scott “The Wall” French And Kirk “Captain America” Larson both defend their nets with excellence!  Habs slick center Brian Moore with the game winner with just over three minutes left in the contest.  Bob Rowling, Paul Violassi and sub Rob Duff also score for the Habs.  As in game one- Todd Brown with the deuce for the Bruins.  Rex Baker with the Bruins initial marker.  Kyle Lybecker(Body Checking) and Ryan Boyette(Roughing) commiserate together in the sin bin.
