Bruins sub Tringali with a two goal game. Singles for John Siedik and subs Paul Elsey Jr. and Neilson. Dad Paul and son Paul Jr. playing together for the Holidays! Steve Wink and on an absolute top shelf water bottle laser – Larry “School Boy” Rowe score for the Flyers.
HABS 8 WINGS 6
Run and gun baby! The Habs defeat the top spot Wings! Sub B. Reiss with the deuce. Singles for Joey Reiss(Also 3 Helpers), Angry Joe, Paul “Stork Erikson, Mark Rogers and sub Barker. Deuces wild for Greg Stacey and Rob Montgomery of the Wings. Singles for Terry Boyette and line-mate Zach Wagner. Pat Wosek of the Habs incurs an unsportsmanlike conduct minor penalty.
SHARKS 5 HAWKS 2
Both teams playing with nine players. But their is a caveat here. Talk about top end defenseman talent! Brian Reath, Pierre Dugas and sub Tim Vaneckoute manned the blue line playing with three D. Really?? Good luck getting past those guys! Fish dominate as Nate McNaughtry with a two goal game. Singles for Mike Garlick on a beautiful tough angle backhand and subs Tim Vaneckoute David Passwater(SH). Scott Chodun was 1 for 2 on breakaways and sub Justin “Mickey” Brantley tally for the Hawks. In the locker room before the game Brian Moore of the Hawks asks sub Bissell “What position do you play.” Ha ha. Guess Brian didn’t see his goalie pads!
WINGS 6 BRUINS 4
Oh boy! The wings top line of Zach Wagner(3 & 2), Steve Bayagich(2 & 2) and the ageless Terry Boyette(1 & 3) total 13 points in the game and do all of their teams scoring! Kenny Kluz with four helpers. Bruins sub Tringali with another two goal game. Singles for fellow sub Paul Elsey Jr. and Jeff Steiber.
SHARKS 5 HABS 1
This extremely talented Sharks team win two today in dominating fashion! Brian Reath scores twice for the Sharks. Singles for Dr. Nate, Pierre Dugas and sub David Passwater(Also 3 Assists). Mark Rogers with the lone Habs marker. Feeling extremely ornery this Holiday season – Pat “The Beast” Wosek with a four minute and two ten minute unsportsmanlike conduct penalties in the first period! Guess he had somewhere to go!
HAWKS 6 FLYERS 2
2-2 entering the final stanza. Then the Hawks rattle off four final period goals for the W! Brian Moore with a two goal game. His first goal was a beautiful “Rob Rowling” type stretch pass from right defenseman Dougie Roehl. Singles for Dougie Roehl, Scott Chodun, Jack Leavy(Also 3 Helpers) and sub Justin “Mickey” Brantley(With a 3 Assist Game). Hawks sub goalie Bissell was excellent between the pipes! Trevor Wrobel and Marty Papesh score for the last place Flyers. It was pretty cool to see Marty Papesh and his daughter play defense together today, as Mom Vicki, and both Grandparents watched in the stands!
