HABS    3    FLYERS   1

The Frenchmen sport five subs today and defeat the Flyers.  Subs “Scott” Mitchell(2) and “Downtown” Jimmy Brown score for the Habs.  Gordy Nadolsky with a solid effort in nets!  Trevor Wrobel with the lone Flyers marker.

SHARKS   4    WINGS  2

The Sharks field six subs to defeat the Wings.  Mike Garlick with the deuce for the Fish.  Singles for subs Miller and “Claude” Akins.  Dar with his usual strong effort in nets.  Kurt Salvatore and playing his third game of the day(Michigan Senior Olympics), sub Lenny Gerbino score for the Wings.

HAWKS   3    BRUINS   0

The Hawks score all three goals in period one and “Smoking” Joe Polizzi shuts out the Bruins.  Zach Wagner(2) and Rob “Larry” Giroux score for the Hawks.  No Bruins highlights.

An up and down game as Hawks center Zach Wagner records the trick.  Wing sub Andy Bergeson with the deuce.  Terry Boyette with a rebound goal.

SHARKS   7     FLYERS   4

Sharks sweep and Flyers descend in today’s games.  Ward Peterson and sub Howarth both score twice for the Sharks.  Singles for Steve Wink, Nate McNaughtry and Mike Garlick.  Billy Knight and Flyers subs Craddock, Jeff “Marine” Steiber and Marine Chris Isola with their goals.

HABS    4    BRUINS   3

Same scenario – Habs sweep – Bruins descend in today’s games.  All of the subs do the Habs scoring.  “Scott” Mitchell with another two goal game.  Singles for Jimmy Brown and Timmy “Dutch” Schultz.  Bruins Captain Rex Baker with all three of their goals!
