Paul “Stork” Erikson snaps the 5-5 tie on a wild end to end rush in the waning minutes of the game!  Paul Vioalssi, Joey Ventimiglio, Mike Nalepa, Brian Moore and Eddie Sudzina all with Bruins markers.  Moncton call up “Brian” Piccolo scores twice for the Habs.  Rob Rowling, Mike Miller and Joey Reiss with singles.

Greg Stacey scores twice on the same shift in the opening period to send the Hawks to the W!  Zach Wagner also with a two goal game.  Jeff Funk buries a rebound.  Bespectacled goalie Billy Papciak was excellent between the pipes!  Steve “Mario” Lemieux with the lone Shark goal.

4-4 entering the final stanza.  Then inspired by Shark Week – the Sharks score two final period goals for the victory!  Six different scorers light the lamp for the man eaters – Steve “With a Nod and a Wink”, David Passwater, Marty Papesh, Mike Garlick and subs Rob Aughe and Scott Davenport.  Mike “King of the Road” Miller, Joey Reiss, sub “Brian” Piccolo and the player who leads the league in points, goals and penalty minutes – Rob Rowling tally for the Frenchmen!

The first place clinching Hawks will enjoy a two point head start into the playoffs in two weeks!  The Robs – Olmstead and Giroux, Greg Stacy, Zach Wagner and Scott Chodun all tally for the Hawks.  Mike “Padre” Nalepa with both Bruins tallies in this penalty free game.
