Power forward Trevor Wrobel ties the game up 5-5 with just five minutes left in the contest on a penalty shot goal, to complete his hat trick!  Singles for Mike Riddle and “Old Man” Jack Priaux.  Subs Greg Kalvin(2), “Mickey” Brantley and Frank Pedway tally for the Habs.  Mark Rogers with their final marker.

WINGS    7    SHARKS   4

The line of Rob Rowling(3 Goals), Terry Boyette(1 & 2) and with his first career four assist game – Scott Chodun total ten points in the game and harpoon the Sharks!  Steve Bittner (2) and Jeff Ivory also find the back of the net for the Wings.  Sharks – Mike Miller, James Puffer, Ward Peterson and sub Tim Vaneckoute.

HAWKS   3     BRUINS   3

Bruins veteran Donnie Rivera ties the game up with just over two minutes left in the contest.  Jimmy “Jets” Galloway and sub Scott “Smiling” Davenport with singles.  Dana Boyette, Zach Wagner and sub Chris Isola with the Hawks goals.  Both goalies – “Smoking” Joe Polizzi and Ben Alicandro with excellent games between the pipes.

HABS   5     BRUINS   1

Habs sub Frank Pedway completes his tour du chapeau at the final buzzer!  Tall defenseman Pierre Dugas with a two goal game.  Goaler Gordy Nadolsky was outstanding in nets!  Chuck Bowers with the lone Bruins goal.  The rambunctious Bruins incurred five penalties in the game.  Bruins sub Fouladbas with high sticking and unsportsmanlike minor infractions.  Fellow sub Scott Davenport with an unsportsmanlike minor penalty.  Likewise for the opinionated Lloyd Rogers of the Habs.

WINGS   6     HAWKS   3

After losing a double dip last week – the Wings reverse matters this week!  The big guy – Rob Rowling with his second consecutive hat trick game!  Singles for Steve Bittner and line-mates Jeff Ivory and sub Scott Bozyk.  Hawks – John McNeilly, Robbie Olmstead and Zach Wagner.  The Wings Jeff Funk took exception to a Zach Wagner hold and chopped him back in retaliation as they both withdraw to the box to repent for they sins.

SHARKS    5    FLYERS   2

The Sharks split on the day behind the two goal effort of winger Mike “King of the Road” Miller.  Singles for Nate McNaughtry, Ward Peterson and sub Tim Vaneckoute.  Puck stopper Dar was stellar in nets.  Trevor Wrobel and Danny Rea both with shorthanded goals for the Flyers.  Flyers Captain Billy “The Dark” Knight with a minor unsportsmanlike penalty.
