Matching his uniform number, the Hawks Mark Smyth with a two goal game.  Singles for Steve Orr and sub Jon Vigi.  Michigan Sting rookie net- minder Keith Connie, with an outstanding game in nets for the W!  Sharks sub Steve “Mario” Lemieux with their lone goal.

BRUINS   6    FLYERS    3

Mike Harke with the trick for the men in yellow!  Rob “The Rifleman” Duncan, Bobby Watson (Also 3 Helpers) and recovering from his weekend illness, Keith Lutz also with Bruins markers.  John Zuccarini, Al Platt and sub Stevie Lambert dent the twine for the Flyers.

A very even contest, as goalers Bobby Rutkoske and Habs sub Paul Kaczmarek steal the show in this game!  John “Hal” McRae and sniper Chuck Mouraine with the Wings goals.  Kenny “Prime Time” Wilkins and the elusive Mike Ala tally for the Frenchmen.

These winged warriors are starting to look like a force in the summer league, as they sweep for the day!  Deuces wild for Mark Smyth and sub Jon Vigi.  Singles for Eddie “The Eagle” Higgins, Jimmy “One Skate” Sauter, Jeff “Dick” Tracy and Pat Collins.  Brian Westenberg and once again, sub Stevie Lambert with the Flyers markers, as they drop a deuce today.

Deja vu all over again, as the Wings again play to a 2-2 tie!  Wings puck stopper Bobby Rutkoske and Bruins goaler Brian Miller were strong in nets!  The venerable Al Pyc, with two solo unassisted goals.  Likewise for the Wings James George, as he tallies twice in this penalty free game.

SHARKS   5   HABS   2

Coming off his tournament victory this past weekend in Lapeer – Steve “Barney Miller” Dietrich with the Sharks first two goals in a 40 second first period span!  Joe Plati, Barry Piornack and once again Steve Lemieux round out the Sharks scoring.  Sub goaler “Sugar” John Marchin with a light workload.  Ronnie Meltsner and Croatian sub Niecalek score for the Frenchmen.
