The two heavyweights in the league do not disappoint in this entertaining contest.  Hawks Captain Billy Hagen with the deuce.  Hawks sub Jeff Fink with their initial goal.  Sub goaler “Ticker” Chauvin stood tall in nets.  Cam Lawrence and sub Larry Rowe tally for the Wings.

HABS    4    BRUINS   3

Mike Lawson with the power play game winning goal for the Habs.  Jim Chapie and subs Scott Leslie and John Siterlet with singles.  Adam Godard, Steve Lemieux and sub Paul Violassi score for the Bruins.

FLYERS    2    SHARKS   1

A goaltending battle between sub winning goalie Paul Kaczmarek and the Sharks Mike Schlimgen.  John “The Little Ball of Hate” Perini and sub Teddy Evans score for the Flyers.  Dave Wargo with the lone Shark goal.

WINGS   6     FLYERS   1

Deuces wild for the Wings Steve Orr and sub Larry “School Boy” Rowe.  Singles for Barry Piornack and Bob Lee, who also had three helpers.  Chuck Mouraine with the Flyers marker.

SHARKS   3    BRUINS   3

Big Ben Haynes scores with the goalie pulled and just a minute left on the arena clock, to salvage a tie for the Fish.  Rick Batchelder and Dave Wargo also score.  Grunge guitarist Keith Lutz, Adam Godard and sub Paul “Brett Michaels” Violassi dent the twine for the Bruins.  No trips to the sin bin for either squad.

Oh my!  The Hawks have a red light special game against the Habs!  Two goals apiece for: Jack Priauix, Kenny Perko and subs Jeff Funk(Also 3 Helpers) and Kos.  Singles for Billy Hagen, Rob “Hurricane” Halbulber and Brian Belloli.  Mike Ala, Kenny Wilkins and subs Linnell and Spiess with the Habs markers in this penalty free game.
