Deuces wild for Mike Ala and John Perini.  Kenny Wilkins with the Habs initial marker.  “Gentleman” Don Courtley with the hat trick assist.  Goaler Sir Kevin Beebe was stout in nets!  Mark Smyth with the Wings marker.

FLYERS   2    BRUINS   0

Playing like Flyers HOF goalie of old – Bernie Parent – sub goalie Rick “Ticker” Chauvin stood on his head and records the whitewash for the Flyers.  General Robert E. Lee led the charge for the Flyers with both of their goals.  No Bruins highlights in this penalty free game.

Eddie “The Eagle” Higgins, Bob “Bugsy” Watson and Glenn Pareskevin score for the Fish.  Goaler Kenny Lipschutz was outstanding in nets.  Mike Lawson with the lone Hawks goal.

BRUINS   3    WINGS    2

Steve “Mario” Lemieux, Brian Belloli and Chuck Mouraine find the back of the net for the men in yellow.  The leagues leading scorer James George and Mark Munsterman tally for the Wings in this penalty free game.  Winning goalie Bobby Rutkose and Mark Schlimgen of the Wings both played a strong game in nets.

Bruce “The Enabler” Gooel, Robbie Porter and Steve “Honey Badger” Orr do the honors for the Flyers as they sweep on the day.  “Ticker” Chauvin with another solid game between the pipes.  Kenny Perko and Joe Plati score for the offensively challenged Hawks.

The battle for first place, as the Sharks prevail and carry a two point head start start into the playoffs!  The Sharks go on a feeding frenzy as they see the red Habs jerseys!  Big Ben Haynes with a two goal game and three helpers.  Singles for Eddie Higgins, Marcin Niecalek, Glenn Pareskevin, Pat Collins and Steve Dietrich.  Habs – Cam Lawrence, Kenny Wilkins, Donald Courtley and Marty Sell.  John “The Little Ball of Hate” Perini with an unsportsmanlike conduct minor penalty.
