Brian Moore scores twice for the Hawks and Jeff Funk goes five hole. Enough is enough, as the Hawks Scott Chodun and Zach Wagner go off in tandem with body checking minor penalties late in the game.

Habs sub goalie Bissell vacuums up everything close to his net as he spearheads the Frenchmen to the W! Sub B. Reiss with the deuce. Singles for Joey Reiss(I Assume Dad) and Eddie Sudzina. Craig Bastuba and Nick Piccolo do the honors for the men in yellow.
FLYERS 2 SHARKS 2
Scoreless entering the final stanza. Then Sharks sub Chris Isola scores on the first shift of the final period. Jimmy “Jets” Galloway ties it up 1-1 midway through the final period. Speedster Paul Vioalssi puts the Flyers up 2-1 only to see Sharks sub Rob Aughe bang in a game tying rebound goal two minutes later! Both goalies – the Sharks Billy Papciak and the Flyers Gordy Nadolsky were outstanding between the pipes! To my recollection, this could be a new Sting record as the Sharks sported seven subs today! One of the remaining regulars on the team, Brian Reath passed out name tags pregame! This was a penalty free game.

Oh Boy! “Midtown” Mikey Brown proclaims pregame “We gotta play tough against this Wings team!” That they did, as the Flyers rack up the games only four penalties and surrender two power play goals, but do score a shorthanded goal of their own. Jimmy Galloway and Mike Riddle with solo roughing minor penalties. Flyers – Paul Vioalssi, Mike Riddle(SH). Trevor Wrobel and Rich Artymovich. Wings – Zach Wagner(PP), Terry Boyette, Steve Bayagich(PP) and sub Scott Bozyk.

These sub laden Sharks earn their second 2-2 tie of the day! Imagine that – subs Andy Bergeson and Elsey score for the Fish. Brian Hamlin and sub Scott Davenport with the Bruins markers. The Sharks Billy Papciak and the Bruins Kris “King” Arthur with stellar games in nets!

Having a tremendous second half season – the league’s second leading scorer, Brian Moore with another two goal game for the victorious Hawks! Line-mate Jordan Roberts also with the deuce. Cerebral Robbie Olmstead with an empty netter. “Smoking” Joe Polizzi had the glove hand going this game for the Hawks! Mark Rogers and Joey Reiss score for the Habs.
