The Bruins score four times in the first period and rely on the stalwart puck stopping of sub goalie – blast from the past Billy Mac Jr. Mike “Padre” Nalepa with the hat trick. Captain Rex Baker and sub Scott Bozyk with singles. Subs Barker(2) and Andy Bergeson tally for the Flyers. “Midtown” Mikey Brown voices his displeasure about a call and receives an unsportsmanlike conduct minor penalty.
WINGS 4 HABS 2
The upstart second place Wings score three times in the final period to defeat the Habs. Returning from his three week family obligation absence – Rob Rowling, Scott Chodun, Terry Boyette and Paul “Stork” Erikson score for the Wings. Habs sub “Downtown” Jimmy Brown with both of their goals as the Habs sported five subs today.
FLYERS 9 HAWKS 3
Whoa! What’s going here? The cellar dwellar Flyers dismantle the reeling Hawks, who are now winless in their past six games! Flyers sub Mr. Barker with a four goal game! Billy “The Dark” Knight, Trevor Wrobel, Eddie Sudzina, Mike Brown and sub Andy Bergeson all find the back of the net. Zach Wagner(2) and sub Scott Davenport with the Hawks markers.

An up and down entertaining contest for the late arriving crowd. Mike Garlick scores twice for the Sharks. Singles for Nate McNaughtry, Kyle Lybecker and “Mickey” Brantley. Habs sub Mike T. Brown with a two goal game. Fellow sub Hentschel(SH), power play specialist Kenny Schaeffler and Steve Bayagich also tally for the Wings.
WINGS 3 BRUINS 3
Bruins sub Scott Bozyk scores with the goalie pulled and ties it up for the Bruins! Pat “The Beast” Wosek and Donnie Rivera also score for the men in yellow. Rob Rowling scores twice for the Wings and Scott Chodun once. The second place Wings are now only a single point behind the once mighty Hawks with only two weeks left in the season! Brendan Brosnan of the Bruins picks up a solo roughing minor penalty.
