As the hockey pundits excepted, the Sharks decisively dispatch the Flyers. The Sharks first five goals of the game was in an early first period three minute span! Game over! The Flyers had no answer for Sharks line-mates and Co- MVP’s Zach Wagner and Chris Ballach(Subbing for Nate McNaughtry who has been on the DL with a serious lower body injury) as both players with the hat trick’s in goals and assists! Mike Akins and Scott Chodun with singles. Winning goalie Billy Schaugg surprisingly with a relative easy workload in nets. Accomplishing his version of the Gordie Howe hat trick – Army veteran Eddie Sudzina with two goals, one assist and a solo roughing minor penalty. Marty Papesh with the Flyers initial tally. A good time was had by all at the postgame soirée.
