RETURNING FOR THE NOVEMBER 17 GAMES.

HABS   4    HAWKS   3

A tight 3-3 stalemate – then Habs left winger Mike T. Brown wraps in a rebound for the game winner.  Bryan Prentice(2) and sub Chas Kipp with singles.  Making a remarkable recovery from a nasty bout with a lower body malady – Rob “Rickie” Middleton with a two goal game for the Hawks.  Ward Peterson with the Hawks initial goal.

SHARKS    2    BRUINS    2

Da Sharks score twice in period one.  Da Bruins score twice in period two.  The end result – tie game.  The league’s leading scorer John McNeilly with both Bruins markers.  John’s final goal was scored with just under four minutes left in the contest.  I’m going to give you one guess and no hints who scored both of the Sharks goals.  Your right – Dr. Nate McCaughtry!  Both puck stoppers “Smoking” Joe Polizzi and Billy Mac Jr. with excellent games in nets.

FLYERS  6     WINGS    4

The Flyers dip into their Lehigh Valley farm club and call up Mr. John Cornish.  John was all fired up today, as this morning he attended the Ivanka Trump rally in Rochester Hills.  “Not too bad on the eyes” John says.  Mr. Cornish with a huge four goal game!  Singles for Lenny Gerbino and “Party”  Pete Kaczmarek.  Left winger Mike Nalepa with an outstanding four assist game.  Goaler Billy Schaugg with several highlight reel saves.  Wings – Steve Wink(2), Brian Moore and Ryan Boyette.  “Downtown” Jimmy Brown with three helpers.

FLYERS    3    BRUINS   2

Lenny Gerbino scores late in the final period as the Flyers sweep for the day.  Mike Nalepa with the Flyers first two tallies.  John McNeilly and sub Mike Folster score for the Bruins.  A nice goaltending battle between Billy Schaugg and Joe Polizzi.

HABS   7    WINGS    1

This was ugly from the onset, as Steve Bittner scores his first of three goals from 70 feet out with just under two minutes expired on the game clock.  Right defenseman Jim Puffer with an outstanding game, with two goals and a beautiful tape to tape back door pass for a Bittner slam dunk.  Bryan Prentice and Pierre Dugas also with goals.  Goaltender Dar with an easy five save game.  Center Brian Moore with the Wings lone goal.

SHARKS    1    HAWKS   1

Wow!  After seven consecutive defeats – the Hawks pick up a point against the top spot powerhouse Sharks!  The Sharks remain undefeated in nine straight contests.  The Hawks do a wonderful job of shutting down scoring machine Dr. Nate.  Rob Middleton with the Hawks marker.  Sharks sub Hastings with a blue line goal.  Billy Mac. Jr. and Kirk “Captain America” Larson were both outstanding in nets.
